Terms and conditions
Important Additional Kilometers. For this rental, each additional kilometer will incur an extra cost of €3.00 to €9.00, depending on the vehicle. This vehicle’s rate includes 150 km/day.
Driver Age Requirements. You must be at least 26 years old to rent sports vehicles. If you are under 26, an age surcharge will apply. The young driver surcharge is from €100.00 / day.
Credit Card Requirements. The number of credit cards required when you pick up this vehicle is: 1. JAN CARS accepts MasterCard and Visa at the time of rental. American Express is not accepted.
Excess Information. Damage waiver excess for vehicle integrity from €2,000 to €7,000. Theft or vehicle depreciation waiver excess from €2,000 to €7,000.
Vehicle Deposit. A deposit of €2,000 to €7,000 will be required, depending on the vehicle, via credit card block or pre-authorization on the day of service.
Payment and Cancellation Information. Reservations must be paid 100% three days prior to the service. For cancellations made more than 15 days in advance, there will be no cancellation fees. For cancellations made more than 10 days in advance, fees will be 50%. For cancellations made within 10 days of the service date, fees will be 100%. In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation during its use and enjoyment, the loss will be total.
THE USE OF THE VEHICLE ON RACING TRACKS AND VENUES, WHETHER COMPETITIVE OR NOT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

The price includes: agreed charges in the rate. Fully comprehensive insurance with excess. Partial waiver of liability for vehicle integrity damage, Partial waiver of liability for vehicle theft or depreciation, Local tax. If for any reason the client does not pick up their vehicle within 24 hours of their reservation date and does not cancel it 48 hours in advance, they will be charged the total amount of the service.
