Booking and Payment

How can I book a car?

You can choose your vehicle on our website and complete the online form. You can also book directly via WhatsApp.

How is the booking payment made?

You can pay 30% or 100% of the total amount. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal. The deposit is blocked on the day of vehicle pick-up.

When is the booking confirmed?

We validate your booking within 24 hours of the initial payment and will send you all the details by email.

Can I book for another person?

Yes, you can book a car in another person’s name as long as the full driver details and documentation are provided.

Delivery and Return

Where is the car delivered?

You can choose the location, date, and time. We also offer delivery to hotels or airports.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on availability and your booking schedule. Our team will confirm the exact timing with you.

How is the car returned?

You can return the car at the agreed location. The vehicle will be inspected at that time and, if there are no issues, the deposit will be released.

How is the deposit refunded?

If you paid by card, it will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s conditions). In the case of cash payment, it will be refunded immediately if everything is in order.

What requirements do I need to book?

The vehicle must be available and you must complete your personal details correctly. Our team will contact you to finalize the booking.

What does the rental price include?

The rental includes basic insurance, roadside assistance, standard mileage, and VAT.

Can I drive outside the city or the country?

You may drive throughout Spain. For travel outside the country, please consult us before booking.

Can I rent without a credit card?

Yes, it is possible to pay by other methods, but the deposit must be paid using a valid and verifiable method.
