The websites are owned by JAN CARS (hereinafter also referred to as the company), whose corporate name is Navas Ibiza Cars S.L., with registered office at Calle Ganduxer 18, mezzanine 6, 08021 Barcelona, with CIF: B-67373191, registered in the Barcelona Commercial Registry in Volume XXXXXXX, and with registered address at Calle Ganduxer 18, mezzanine 6, 08021 Barcelona.

We inform you that it is the user’s obligation to read these terms of use of the websites, considering them valid and therefore applicable. We recommend that users print or save a copy of these “Terms and Conditions of Use” for future reference. The same are permanently available on the website (www.jancars.com). All conditions may be stored and reproduced by users/clients through any printing system or conventional word processors available on the market.

In order to use and browse any of the websites owned by JAN CARS, the User must be of legal age (18 years old) or have the consent of their legal guardian. Furthermore, the user must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the applicable law. Finally, the user must be a resident in Spain and must also guarantee that all information provided to the company is true, accurate, and complete, and acknowledges and accepts that this will be the case at all times.

Purpose

The purpose of these terms of use is to regulate the browsing, access, and use of the portal and its information (Browsing, that is, viewing a space with the purpose of recognizing objects within it). This includes a suitable terminal for such purpose, whether a computer, telephone, tablet, etc., as well as a modem or another similar or equivalent access device.

The user acknowledges that the proper access to and use of certain content and services on the websites may require the download of specific computer programs or other software components onto their devices.
The user is solely responsible for the installation of such elements, and the company disclaims any liability that may arise from this.

B) Guide to the Use of the Websites for Users

JAN CARS reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the websites and/or the Services at any time and without prior notice to users who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of use.

C) Limitation of Liability of JAN CARS for the Use of the Websites

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

JANSERVICES also reserves the right to initiate any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate in response to the improper use of its websites and content, or for the breach of these conditions.

The parties agree, of their own free will, that the relationship between the user and JAN CARS shall be governed by the applicable Spanish legislation in force.
The courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that may arise between the user and the company.
