GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Important Additional KM. For this rental, each additional kilometer will have an additional cost of €3.00 to €9.00 depending on the vehicle. The rate for this vehicle includes 150 km/day.
Driver age requirements. You must be at least 26 years old to rent sports vehicles. If you are under 26, an age charge will apply. The charge for a young driver is from €100.00 / day.
Credit card requirements. The number of credit cards required when you pick up this vehicle is: 1. JAN CARS accepts MasterCard and Visa at the time of rental. American Express is not accepted.
Information about franchises. Excess coverage for damage to the integrity of the vehicle from €2,000 to €7,000. Excess coverage for theft or diminution of the vehicle from €2,000 to €7,000.
Vehicle deposit. A deposit of €2,000 up to €7,000 depending on the vehicle will be required, by blocking or pre-authorization on a card on the day of the service.
Payment and cancellation information. Reservations must be made 100% three days before the service. In case of cancellation prior to 15 days, there will be no cancellation fees. In case of cancellation prior to 10 days, the costs will be 50%. In case of cancellation within 10 days of the date of the service, the costs will be 100%. In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation during its use and enjoyment, the loss will be total.

THE USE OF THE VEHICLE IS PROHIBITED ON CIRCUITS AND PREMISES INTENDED FOR RACING, WHETHER THEY ARE COMPETITIVE OR NOT.
The price includes: the charges agreed in the rate. Comprehensive insurance with deductible. Partial exemption from liability for damage to the integrity of the vehicle, Partial exemption from liability for theft or diminution of the vehicle, Local tax. If for any reason the client does not pick up his vehicle within 24 hours of the date of his reservation and does not cancel it 48 hours in advance, he will be charged the total amount of the service.
